Yoga Fresh– Sundays 10:30-11:30am Gentle.
Wednesdays 4-5pm Yoga Fresh Flow, 5:30-6:30pm Power Fresh Flow.
Fridays 9:15-10:15am Power Fresh Flow.
Monthly- FREE Yoga for Beginners Workshop 1:30-3pm.
